I recommend Dismembering by Hartvigs IT which was made especially for my models.
One Body geometry version is 6400 tris
The model is skinned, Mecanim ready.
It has NO ANIMATIONS, however you can use any Mecanim compatible animations to live her up.
You can see a test using ZOMBIE Starter: MoCap Animation Pack by Motion Capture Online in the video bellow. They have Pro and Basic packs also, check them out!
