Soja Exiles is glad to presents this robust Coffee House prop pack and building kit. This modular kit contains Walls, Floors, Ceiling, Furniture & Props that allows you to build your very own coffee or tea shop.

2 exterior textures, 15 interior textures, a large amount of different meshes to pieces together using our modular kit, over 185 Coffee/Tea Props Prefab and 50 Furniture prefabs, you can create a magnitude of different structures and interior layouts.

7 demo scene with FPS controls provided by Acacia Developer to showcase the 6 different structures created with the build kit and props. Download the demo so you can visualize how the exterior and interior pieces work together. Click on the Doors, windows and cabinets and experience how they function.
