Here's one that's heavily based on VisualSfM, so the output it similar. The difference is, this one says "put in images, push button, get textured mesh out". Dead simple. And fast, comparable to VisualSfM workflow.
Except the texture shown is from Meshlab (and the smoothing) - MeshRecon ran out of gpu memory before it could finish (I have a 2GB card, I don't think that's my fault). I don't know how the MeshRecon output looks.
Again, not open-source, and non-commercial because of the inclusion of VisualSfM, but a good choice, if you can get it to complete, or know how to deal with VisualSfM>Meshlab.
