Asset Overview
The Owen gun was Australia's Service SMG during ww2. It was the only 100% australian developed Gun of ww2 and was in service from 1943 until the 60s.
The gun features a top mounted magazine, foregrip and iron sights on the side.
The gun was apparently very reliable due to a shield within the tube reciever between the charging handle and the bolt.
