A properly set 3d printer, even a very cheap model, can easily print details down to 1mm size; considering that the commodore 64 has 4 rows of 16 keys, if each one is 1mm large, the minimum size of the complete model should not exceed 8 x 20mm, but probably it would be better no to go below 16 x 40mm (not tested), also considering that an ESP32 is 18x20mm and could be easily hidden inside the case (but a hollow version would be needed).
An LR44 coin battery has 11.6mm diam and 5.4mm height and provides 1.5V, so you will need 2 of them (11.6x10.8mm) to power a C64 emulator installed on the ESP32. :-)
