WIP: Steampunk Sword (SEP.04.2015)

Work in progress of a Steampunk Sword. I designed the cogs to actually be functional and move as the blade comes out in a switchblade motion. Yeah, they're floating there in space.... Ummm... Magic, guys. Magnetic magic. ;) EDIT (Aug 28) I changed the teeth on the blade to improve the silhouette. I also added a capsule and other elements. UV Mapping this thing is going to be a b*tch. EDIT (SEP 3) Added handle and tube. Originally, the tube circled around the hilt. Idecided to have it come directly out of the hilt to be more practical. It makes sense when you consider the cogs are functional. At this point I think I need to roughen up the blade, uv map this sucker and then add textures/materials. EDIT (SEP 4) Made the blade more elegant. On to UV mapping!
