Asset Overview
This is a classic Finnish pastry called Bebe from the early 1900's. Originally sold by Svensson confectionery located in Vaasa.
The crust is made from flour, butter and sugar. It's filled with vanilla creme (sometimes there is also jam). The coating is made with sugar and food coloring and then decorated with nonpareil.
