Garlic Bread

Garlic bread from Proofer Boulangerie. Literally bread and butter. And garlic. And herbs. This garlic bread has a crusty light brown exterior embedded with different grains, and topped with bits of garlic and herbs. The slightly crusty outer is well complemented by the soft, fluffy inner, and the heavenly blend of garlic and herbs makes it simply irresistible. This model showcases the aesthetics of bread, something that often goes unappreciated when people consume it on the go from takeaway bags, or as part of a hurried breakfast. I value my meal times and prefer to eat without distractions - and with plenty of time to feast my eyes. Given my love of all things bread, I would like to share this with others who may not pay much attention to their food! 333 photographs were taken with an Olympus OMD E-M5 Mk I, and processed using Agisoft Metashape. Bread is approximately 23.0 cm long, 6.0 cm wide and 4.6 cm tall.
