Ingredients [For 2 people]
1/6 pumpkin (200g)
1/4 onion (50g)
1/4 teaspoon salt

Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
Milk 1 tablespoon
A little pepper
1. Remove seeds and pulp from pumpkin and cut into small bite-sized pieces. Put the pumpkin and water (not included in the ingredients: 1 tbsp) in a heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave at 600W for 4-5 minutes until the pumpkin becomes soft. Remove the plastic wrap, add salt while still hot, and mash well until smooth to cool.
2. Cut the onion into thin slices lengthwise, put it in a separate heat-resistant container, wrap it loosely, and heat it in a 600W range for 1 minute. Take a rough fever.
3. Add onions and ☆ to a heat-resistant container and mix well.
