About 15 small taros
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons mirin
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons of potato starch
2 teaspoons of water
1.Drop the end of the taro and cut it into hexagons
2.Boil the taro for 25 minutes from about half the water in a pot over medium heat. Try sticking it with a bamboo skewer to make it softer. Don't spill.
3.Discard the hot water, add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar and simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.
4.Take out the taro with tongs and boil the juice.
5.Dissolve the potato starch in water, put it in a boiling place, stir and turn off the heat when it becomes thick.
6.Enjoy!
