18 different type of balconies with different texture variations. There are clean and dirt version and even version covered with blood for your horror scenes.
All prefabs comes with 3 or 4 LOD stages and one material with 2K textures.
Color, normal and mask map (metallic in R and Roughness in alpha channel) included.
NOTE: City models and SCENE from images are NOT INCLUDED in this pack, ONLY BALCONIES are!
