Package Overview
It is just a model of 3 bedroom apartments with 1 bathroom.
You can use it just like a scene or fit it in your block of flats or make a modern house.
I didn't make atlas and also I used materials with tiled textures in order to create flexible content. It will enable you to adjust materials as you wish.
It has 48 meshes, 23 textures, 54 materials including walls, door, Reflection probes, spot and point, emissive lights.
Tumbs have moveable doors.
The average amout of tris on mesh is 1000.
The sink has 13k(the highest one).
The average amout of batches 7k.
