This Unity asset pack includes a modular wellness complex, with a modular building, entrance area, 10 swimming pools, over 80 game-ready props and a complete scene.

There are 82 game-ready 3D models included in this pack, umbrellas, sunbeds, chairs, tables, benches, trees, glass fences, lockers, showers, swimming pools. We included material varriations, so you can switch the color of floor tiles, sunbeds, umbrellas, chairs and other props as you like.

The water complex is modular and you can further design yours with the provided constructive elements such as floor blocks, columns, wall blocks, glass panels, stairs, pool elements and others.

The complete scene shown in the video is included in this Unity pack and it can be used as a starting point in your games and 3D projects! To ensure a similar light setup as the one shown in the video please download and import the Post Processing stack (Package Manager -> Unity Registry), use the provided Post Processing Files and set your project settings from Gama to Linear. If you need additional help with the setup please contact us.

Note: The water used for the swimming pools is NOT included in this pack, but you can quickly add it from Unity Standard Assets (Water 4).
