In 1884, L.M. Ericsson company moved to a building at Tulegatan. In the 1890s a new plant was built in which a room was dedicated to board meetings and customer receptions. The room was completed in 1903. From 1930 it housed the company’s museum. In 1976 the entire woodwork and collections were moved to the National Museum of Science and Technlogy, Stockholm.
The room is now part of the collections of the Swedish National Museum of Science and Technology.
