This pack contains 16 game assets for your construction site scene.
Most textures are in maximum of 4k resolution, some are 4096x2048px to save memory. All in PBR Albedo, Normal and Metalness/Specular.
Most assets have around or below 500 tris, so it should be good also for mobile or VR.
