Cinto Ignimbrite dominated by advanced argillic alteration and intense silicification, lined up along a NNW trend. The silicification is the reason for this outcrop being less erodible than its surroundings. The southernmost section of the outcrop next to the road shows flow banding and is less altered, so it could be the edge of a volcanic dome.
