Completely modular farm village with exterior, interior and static vehicles

FEATURES:

• Game ready demo scene
• PBR Textures up to 2048x2048 Albedo/Metallic/AO/NM
• Modular hangars and houses(+different types of windows/doors)
• 100 modular models, over 100 props models
• 4 retro cars, 2 tractors, 1 combine, 1 airplane (3 skins per car and airplane)
• Detailed custom Convex colliders with assigned physical material for shooter games (like wood, metal, fabric and etc)
• All models have secondary UVmaps for Baked lightmaps

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. All vehicles are static! To get controllable vehicles, you will need:

- Realistic Car Controller

- Stylized Vehicles (upgradeable for $5).

2. Windows doesn't have glass surface (so you can jump out the windows)

3. For correct modules placement use ProGrids with 0.25m grid size

4. Set ColorSpace to Linear and import Post Processing
