Package Overview
This package contains an old wooden house (us-style). The mesh is extremly clean and optimized for less drawcalls.
The basic version only contains doors, lightswitches and main kitchen assets inside the house.
The shown grass and terrain textures are included.
A day and night scene is included.
Collision for the whole house and props is included.
The house contains of 2 areas, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, parents sleeping room, 2 children rooms, livingroom, diningroom, musicroom, workroom and garage.
All doors (without the garage front) can be opened and the handles are animateable.
All windows/windowparts can be animated.
Texturesizes between 1024x1024 to 4096x4096.
Most Maps include: Albedo, normal and specular. Other materials also include AO, Smoothness and Metallc.
Supports BuiltIn-, URP- and HDRP-Renderpipeline (RP-Version 11.0.0 or higher)
