Pioneer Town contains 7 ready-made buildings along with over 80 individual meshes for you to decorate and modify your homestead.
These assets are suitable for top down and third person views. The buildings range from 600 to 3800 tris. The entire pack works from 36 hand painted texture maps ranging from 128 to 512, and contains the master textures which are a step or two higher for easy editing. Textures are diffuse/albedo only with additional normal maps for ground textures and emissive maps for the windows and lanterns.
