Package Overview
Modern office building decorated in gray with white accents, but you can change the colors as you like. The building has an unusual and somewhat futuristic shape with a huge window front.
The materials included in the package can be used in the normal render pipeline to simplify handling. For the ultra realistic look like in the picture, you have to create your own materials for HDRP or URP because this was rendered.
Benefit/ advantage:
ArchViz Model which is easy to use. Can be used for games but intended for 3D previews in vr for example
Disadvantage:
For the ultra realistic look like on the cover you have to play with the shader yourself, because the product should be easy to use (for beginners). Also the package comes with materials in the default shader, which may not look realistic.
