Comments:
- The object is a unique mesh and one single material.
- The pivot point is centered at the base of the mesh (0.0.0).
- The topology is quad-based.
- There are no ngos in the mesh.
- All texture file names are prefixed with the object name, followed by the default PBR texture name.
- Game Ready.
