Acetylcholinesterase is an enzyme which normally breaks down Acetylcholine. Sarin is a competitive inhibitor which has serious effects on humans.
Residues in white indicate the general shape of the enzyme. Light and dark blue indicate it's long gorge, with an active site at the very end. Light blue indicates Aromatic residues which help stabilise then enzymes. Dark Pink indicates SGB (Serine+Sarin) and light pink indicates key related residues.
