The Albatros D.V. was an aeroplane that was first produced and flown in 1917. It is within the next generation of Albatros planes, hence why it is similar to the Albatros C.V.. It has a maximum speed of 116 mph and could fly around 217 miles from its origin. Compared to the Albatros C.V. it had an increased maximum speed by a factor of 10 mph, however this was at the sacrifice of distance as it lost over 60 miles from its flying distance.
