Asset Overview

Located in the Maule region, km 65 in Linares, the property has a total of 1,300 ha on the banks of the Achibueno River. This type of habitat is one of the most unprotected and threatened ecosystems in the area. For more than 27 years, conservation and reforestation actions have been carried out, along with an important role in environmental education and sustainable tourism with children, young people and adults coming from Chile and abroad. One of its main priorities is to generate resources to conserve the site in perpetuity through a "Derecho Real de Conservación" (the only legal tool for private conservation in Chile) in order to guarantee the cultural heritage of the site. The fauna of the area includes characteristic birds of southern Chile such as the black woodpecker, in addition to condors, black-chested eagles and tricahue parrots.
