Do not open, no matter what. The suitcase seems to be a very common model with a very advance thumb reading lock system, it was found covered in blood and some other extrange substance that glows in the dark. The handle is broken as it seems the person holding it used it as a weapon at some point. The case is marked as property from the area 51, and has tape all arround it, to prevent it from opening by accident.
