There are 11 materials for 39 objects, objects share similar materials and all have their own UVs.

Also, this asset includes 3 preconceived buildings.

Easy to use, every parts are based on metric parameters. You need to move parts along X, Y or Z axes by incrementation of 1 m. For example, a wall part is 3 m large for 5 m heigh.

The 3D model is ready for game and low poly using. All materials are ready for PBR rendering.
