To use mecanim animations from the asset store use witch mecanim prefab in prefab folder.

Textures are 4K pbr. Color map, normal map and smoothness map are included.Textures can be reduced to 1K without significant loss in quality. PSD file of color map where parts are on separate layers so you can easily change colors as you want in Photoshop or Gimp is included in the pack.
