Cloontuskert is an early ecclesiastical site, traditionally founded by St Faithlec, the site has a large number of cross-slabs and inscribed stones from various periods located around the graveyard. - These drains are located within the western wall of the graveyard and show the fine craftmanship of the medieval church which once stood on the site
