Cloontuskert is an early ecclesiastical site, traditionally founded by St Faithlec, the site has a large number of cross-slabs and inscribed stones from various periods located around the graveyard. This stone is heavily damaged by weathering and appears to have a cross potent - with a possible swastika influence
