The aorta is mostly committed to coming off the right ventricle, as is the pulmonary artery (double outlet right ventricle). That means that the LV is very small and there is no flow across the mitral valve (mitral atresia). There are two ASDs, the biggest measuring 5mm across. There are multiple VSDs that are big. The arch is right sided, with an aberrant left subclavian artery. There is a coarctation of the aorta. Big PDA coming off the PA to the distal aortic arch.
