Asset Overview
This army cap from 1918 belonged to my granddad. Being a soldier during the mobilization period of WO1 when The Netherlands remained neutral. The cap is a heirloom within the family. After 102 years a very nice object to practise photogrammetry with.
With a GoPro 7 camera (4k @ 30fps) 2 video tracks were taken from each side (top and bottom) From which each 180 stills were processed into 2 chunks. Via the masking method both sets of stills were aligned into 1 set with Agisoft Metashape Standard and converted into this photogrammetry 3D model.
