Asset Overview
Excavated by Jonathan Mabry, Jessie Ballenger and volunteers from the Arizona Archaeological and Historical Society, these deposits were expected to date to the middle archaic. A Bison bone bed was identified in a backhoe trench. Then the first strata of overburden removed on a 2x2 text unit set up to explore the deposit.
