A modular fire escape prop with both roughness and smoothness workflows. Includes two texture sets one for unity and one for unreal engine. The components fit exactly 3m up or down. So when duplicating mesh, add 3m to the z(or y) axis, for as many stories as your building is tall.
Unity: Albedo with alpha mask. Metal map with smoothness in alpha channel. Normal map and ambient occlusion.
Unreal: All maps separate. Albedo, roughness, metal, normal, alpha and ambient occlusion.
