On display in Roscommon County Museum is an inscribed slab (dims. 0.93m x 0.37-0.65m; T 0.06-0.15m) dating from the 9th century which was found in St. Comans graveyard (RO039-043007-) It asks for a blessing for Ioseph, who died in 811 or 828.
