Asset Overview
Kiltoom Garveyard and Medieavl Church is located on the Roscommon to Athlone Road. This is an example of a decorated 18th C. Memorial which may have fallen, The stone is badly worn but was photographed in 1998 Roscommon Archaeological Journal Vol 7. p27 by Hazel Ryan who described the carving of an 'Ecclesiastic, clad in long flowing gown or habit clasping in his raised hands a chalice' dedicated to Fr. Anthony Flynn . A faint IHS can be seen in this image
