Kost_Decimated_FriezeXI

This is a model of three of the blocks on the Parthenon West Frieze of the cast blocks in the Basel Museum in the Sculpture Hall. The model focuses on blocks X, XI, and XII. The block I will focus on the final restoration will be block XI. To begin, I added a photo chunk of 44 images taken of the basel casts of the West Frieze blocks X, XI, and XII. I then aligned these photos and created a sparse point cloud on the highest setting. I then rotated, resized and moved the boundary box to fit these three panels of the frieze. I built the dense cloud on high and then built the mesh. I saved the undecimated model in an .obj and later updated that file to Zbrush. This model is the decimated and final mode of the state model of the Basel casts.
