Asset Overview

This child has left atrial isomerism, where both atria think they are left atriums. Their heart is in the right chest. All the pulmonary veins, hepatic veins and SVC come back to the left-sided atrium. There is no IVC, instead, the lower extremity veins drain via an azygous vein up into the SVC. They have an AVSD. For the repair, the pulmonary veins will need to be baffled so their flow crosses over to the morphologic LV which is confusingly on their right side. For 3D printing you can download the additonal file .zip folder which contains the .stl files for 3D printing. Model id: EI
