• Originally created with SketchUp 2020, render V-Ray 4.20.03 and saved as also SketchUp 2017.

• Click and render ready file (only for SKP format)

• Model is included in 5 file formats. (SKP, FBX, OBJ, 3Ds, BLEND)

• FBX, OBJ and 3Ds exported right from SketchUp 2020

• FBX and OBJ tested on Twinmotion.

• Blender file created in blender (used sketchup importer add-on in blender), just needs to set up lights and texture adjustments etc.

• Textures are included

• Materials might need to be re-assigned for other applications.

• Renders edited in Photoshop.

• Scene1, Render output aspect ratio should set to LANDSCAPE in Vray

• Scene2,3,4, Render output aspect ratio should set to PORTRAIT in Vray
