Package Overview
Originally created with SketchUp 2020, render V-Ray 4.20.03 and saved as also SketchUp 2017.
Click and render ready file (only for SKP format)
Model is included in 5 file formats. (SKP, FBX, OBJ, 3Ds, BLEND)
FBX, OBJ and 3Ds exported right from SketchUp 2020
FBX and OBJ tested on Twinmotion.
Blender file created in blender (used sketchup importer add-on in blender), just needs to set up lights and texture adjustments etc.
Textures are included
Materials might need to be re-assigned for other applications.
Renders edited in Photoshop.

Scene1, Render output aspect ratio should set to LANDSCAPE in Vray
Scene2,3,4, Render output aspect ratio should set to PORTRAIT in Vray
