modular props

so goal for this project was to make modern theme modular prop. the texturing and modelling was the hardest part was. texturing and trying to see what textures would look good with everything all together and what was and wasnt counted as a sub pieces. i strive to go out of my comfort zone with modern because i've never been interested in this theme though. for the most part everything went okay.
