Asset contains the pack of modular mountains and rocks models intended to build different types of rock formations.
Package contains Unreal Engine project (4.25.1 engine version), Unity 3D project(2020.1.0f1 engine version), Maya 2016 scene (modular parts only, not formations), also models exported as FBX, OBJ formats (modular parts only). (For Unity users: asset designed for HDRP rendering pipeline)

This asset is optimized and hand tweaked.
The textures look amazing and super realistic, tuned for Physically-Based Rendering. Triangles count: from 200 to 4000 tris (per model).
The asset has 8 textures sets with 4K resolution, two different color type of each stone provided.
Following textures included: base color, normal map, ao, height map, roughness and metalness maps.
Pivots placed in logic places of geometry for most convenient to use.
