Perseus S-219

Originally built by [fire219](https://sketchfab.com/fire219) of StarMade fame, I don't really know what was going through the man's head when he built this but it suits the purpose I've given it perfectly. LORE: This ship's design origins are unknown. It is rumored to have been an SR7 prototype intended as a gift to appease one Raider faction or another. This fighter has a lean profile and twin beam cannons. The mysteries of this fighter include how a powerplant strong enough to power those canons was forced into such a small frame. Even with the surprising power and weaponry onboard another mystery is how the production cost of these fighters is so low a Raider foundry can produce them with little effort. The beam cannons slice through shielding and armor easily. This craft is best avoided if your vessel has minimal sheilding and basic hull protection instead of heavier standard armor. This fighter has been known to bullseye missiles.
