Furniture Pack 1 includes PBR textured models as shown in the realtime images.
All models are also included individually with all their project files in 'Models' folder.
Objects are game ready and can be exported to games individually or imported as a whole scene. Download contains a Blender file with textured .fbx, an .obj and a datasmith file for Unreal. Organised for beginner friendliness, this scene can be used by anyone with Blender freeware. Contains baked illumination and a ceiling light to play with.
