Asset Overview
Two porphyroblastic minerals can be observed in this metapelite with different relationships to the main rock fabric. The rock is from near Kanmantoo in the Adelaide Hills and is used in hand sample and thinsections for teaching in Metamorphic Petrology at Curtin University (sampled collected by Ian Fitzsimons).
