This PreColumbian Amerindian figurine is part of the ‘Koolwijk collection’ on loan from the National Museum of Ethnology in the Netherlands at the National Archaeological Museum of Aruba. It’s believed to be a fertility figurine and portrays Dabajuran ceramic characteristics like the ‘coffee bean eyes’ and zoomorphic traits like the ‘frog hands’. She got tattood in the 1880’s!
