Hi, friend! Here you can see a cool pack of models for interior visualisation. It is a High Quality game ready (Low Poly) asset which you can freely use in any (commercial/non-commercial) purposes without any additional fees. You can use it in a project of any type wheather it is a game/movie or visualisation. The pack includes a sofa, an armchair with a decent fabric PBR materials and a small plastic & glass table.

Speaking about the polycount, it is quite a low number for a such a photorealistic asset.
