Reconstruction of the cranium and mandible of a male *Homo neanderthalensis* discovered in the La Ferrassie rock shelter in France. This is the most complete Neanderthal cranium ever found. This individual was in his early to mid forties when he died, and was found buried with eight other individuals ranging in age from 1-40.
