SCOUTcorexy:V3:hXYZ∅10:F694ZZ:SF-1:GT2

This is a new version (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1609422) of my SCOUTcorexy XY stage, one based on self lubricating SF-1- 1012 bushings. Now both XCarriage and YCarriage and are re-designed to take these bushings. I have also tried to re-design a bit better the hotend mount so that it is easier printable (on its side), now having belt-catchers that are printed separately (for layer orientation purposes) and the fans are more angled towards the lower fins of the hotend for better cooling. I have also introduced an air redirecting fin at the middle of the axial fans opening which will help both at printing time (offering a natural support) and they take the most of the air to the lower fins of the hotend. Still looks awfully complicated but it's not that bad. I haven't seen on web other XCarriages that keep the hotend so that the nozzle sits at the center of the YRods and YCarriages.
