Swimming Pool Pack is a PBR model collection for building modern environments: with this package you can build any swimming pool, wellness center or diving school. It contains 90+ quality prefabs for real-time rendering engines. Included are 5 types of pre-built pools (jacuzzi, 3 leisure pools and 1 olympic short course pool), as well as a small kit to build modular pools of various sizes. You can decorate the pool side with colorful towels, umbrellas, floating toys, lounge furniture etc.

IMPORTANT: for the Unity Demo Scenes, don't forget to import Standard Assets - Environment for water and background trees.

Models & Prefabs Meshes are provided in stand-alone FBX format and as unity assets (prefabs). Some models are batched together as sub-meshes. Triangle count is avg. 2000, highest is 8460 tris. All models are UV unwrapped.

Pools: 14 meshes (5 pre-built pools, tileable pool parts, pool accessories - ladders, steps, grate) Decoration: 23 meshes (3 statues, planter, umbrellas, towels, toys, furniture, lifeguard station) Diving Equipment: 5 meshes (scuba mask, fins, oxygene tank, holed cubes) Corals: 15 meshes (5 types with color variation) Environment: 5 meshes (hall parts, door)

Textures:

• 2048x2048 resolution for tileable textures
• 1024x1024 resolution for the medium objects
• 512x512 for text
• Texture maps: Albedo, Normal map, and a combined Smoothness / Metallic / AO map.
