Street props modeled in Blender, and textured with Substance Painter.

These models were created with high quality rendered images in mind, but can also be used for games or other projects. If you intend to use it in a game engine, please be advised that you may have to do some reduction in polygon count, depending on your needs.

Textures that come with these model are: base_color, roughness, metallic, and a normal map (openGL). All textures come in 4K resolution, so you can scale them down safely in any photo editing software, if you need lower resolution. For better resolution of the textures, some models use more than one material. Some models come with multiple color textures for you to diversify your scene.If using with a game engine, it is recommended that you channel pack the textures for saving memory usage.
